hey everyone.. okay i started weight watchers today.. and im goin to do tea bo and lift light weights..im and 5'4 do u thinkthat by April i can be like 115- 120 that like 20-25 pounds in2 1/2 months? is taht possible like healthly..? i want to look good in a bathing suit for sprin break! please comment i need support.

I just recently started doing tae-bo and i'm doing the beginners tape and I also do 90 push-ups and curls and walk on the treadmill for about a half an hour...I do all of these Sunday-Thursday and it takes me about an hour and 15 minutes if I do it a little slower, and i'm also watching what I eat now! I am already seeing results after only about a week and a half...It would be a really good idea to start doing tae-bo, it works like all of your body parts and you can just feel yourself burning calories because your hearts beating faster, it also gets you in shape and starts forming your body on top of losing weight! Also you have a good realistic goal! I'm sure you can lose that much maybe in even sooner than 2 1/2 months if you want it bad enough! I wish you the best of luck!
