Start: 135 lb, Today: 125 lb - Hi guys, I've been excersiz'in for about 2 months and 1/2 and I've lost 10 pounds! I went from 135 to 125..I'm really happy...but I wish it wouldnt have taken that long.....does anyone have any tips?

You have to change your diet too, you can't just exersise. You could try a low-carb diet or something. Hope this helps *Rach
