i just have a suggestion for everyone. instead of using your remote to change the TV chanel, put it away somewhere and get up to change the chanel. it's not much exercise but it's better than nothing. good luck on all of your diets i hope you reach you goal. don't give up!

i would say a piece of fruit and non fat yougurt. you could have toat but get whole wheat not white.you could also try some of those cerals made with wheat (not the stuff loaded with sugar) i hope this helps!

That is a good idea since most of the time I can't find my remote. It's like one minute it's in my hand and I get up and can't find it. Do you have any specific tips that you could give for breakfeast?
