Reply from Amber, Age 18 - 01/15/04 - IP#: 4.62.229.xxx If you don't weigh your self in the morning that could be the problem. The average person will way 5 pounds more in the afternoon than in the morning. When you eat the food adds to your weight. You have to give your stomach time to digest the food into glucose. After you sleep, the food is gone (unless you ate too late for dinner or you ate too much). Don't get discouraged - it is almost impossible to gain more than a pound a day ( and even a pound is REALLY hard to gain everyday). So unless you ate your entire kitchen - your fine.
Reply from Katie, Age 17 - 01/15/04 - IP#: 195.93.33.xxx U do know ure weight changes throughout the day? - its not that u've put on any weight people just have a 2-3lb range depending on what they have just done - like if u just eaten or had a drink... so don't worry!

Reply from Krystle, Age 18 - 01/15/04 - IP#: 195.93.33.xxx Maybe you had too much to drink. Try weight yourself once a week at the same time. Did you check your weight the day before on an emty belly? Food does add a few pounds while y6our still carrying them around in your body. I wouldn't worry abouty it. Start worrying if you gain 10lbs over nite and you have been 100% good! :) I wouldn't worry about those two lbs, they will disappear again. Krystle
