Hey ppl!Im going okay on the diet im sticking to it!!!! and I've lost around 10-15lbs so far (wasn't sure how much I was to start cuz I had v-dodgy scales) - Another thing I found out was I was actually about 7lbs heavier than I thought I was - but I lost it now so it doesn't really matter! my target is to lose about 20-30lbs by may 23rd! One thing im not doing so well on is exercise - its not that I dont want to - just I've got LOADS of assignments at the moment and as soon as I finish one another one gets set - and to be honest doing my course is more important to me than being thin. I've been walking to my college and work placement and going on my dance mat and next week im going aerobics, but i wanted to know if there was anything to really help your stomache - I've never had big hips and now im losing weight from those - so I look really unproportionate.

taebo focus abs and glutes really makes those abs burn. it helps with your thighs also when it's working out your butt. belly dancing is good but it mostly works out your hips ,more than you belly unless you're doing stomach unjulations(sp?)but that's my suggestion- don't get discouraged- but you belly might be the last to go....

Try pilates. Thats what the target threw out the whole workout. Can I ask what ur doin on your diet?
