Today: 247 lb, Goal: 215 lb - Hello everyone. I am 16 and I weigh about 247 pounds. I really want to get down to 215 pounds by the summertime (or even before that). Do you think that with a proper diet, plus exercising everyday for 30 mintues - 45 mintues, I could get down to that ammount before July?

A few weeks ago I weighed about 230 and now I'm down to 215, If I can do that in just a few weeks then u definately will be able to by July!! Just dont get discouraged and good luck!

YOU CAN DO IT!!!! :D Just try hard and stick to your plan and you can definitely lose that...and more!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!

You definately could. Even more than that you could lose. You can do it. Start now and work it off with the right diet and exercise. Good luck!
