Hey everyone, I'm back! LOL Actually I've been home... make it two weeks tomorrow, but I've been rather busy. NEways (if you all remember I was going to a wedding), the wedding was a dream, I had a wonderful time, and I fit perfectly in my bridesmaid's dress (thank God all that hard work paid off!). I got plenty of compliments and a lot of attention from my escort. LOL I cannot stress this enough: Keep at it!!!! It all pays off in the long run. I still have a long, long way to go so pray for me and wish me luck. I start my routine again Monday. My next short term goal is to at least be down to 160 - 150 by the end of March (in time for Easter), so here I go.... -V.

Well I'm going to slow it down a bit since I don't have such a pressing engagement to attend such as the wedding, but I am on a low carb diet and for exercise I do 8 minute Tae Bo workout on the weekdays (sometimes the Basic workout) and Pilates every other day. Not too much... -V.
