I had a mini basketball tournement today and my team came in 3rd place i played 2 of the three games plus i warmed up witht he team of course and we did running during that and then when i got home i did 100 crunches, 10 push ups, 40 single leg lifts each leg, and 20 leg lifts both legs, then i strethced I havent been eating good but i did eat good today the only to snack things i had were a bag of small chips and reeses cups other than that i did god today. I dont think I will weigh myself this week hoping I will do way better at lunch next week and excercise more next week. Well good luck and remember weigh in for the contest is tomorrow. GOOD LUCK
