Is it safe to take Trimspa? How old should i be to take it??

Just lose the normal way. diet and excercise. it may seem hard to do at times but keep with it. it really works. no diet pills work. all diet pills cause your heart to stop eventually and higher your blood pressure. so dont do it. remember we're all rootin for you!!!
