Okay, so I'm doing the FIRM super body sculpt and I'm wondering if anybody knows how many calories are burned when you do this tape.

I don't think it burns too many calories because it's mostly like, weight lifting and stuff unklike I guess taebo which is more moving around and everything. I couldn't find any taebo tapes so I guess I can't do that :(
