DO ANYONE FEEL THAT THEY ARE AN EMOTIONAL EATER. IF SO HOW DO U OVER COME IT.
Reply from anne, Age 17 - 01/19/04 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx well- write down when and what you're eating and how you feel when you eat. then figure out what moods make you eat and try to find other things that give you comfort during those moods instead of eating. sometimes there's a specific reason why people eat- see if there's something like that (like an experience) and learn to accept and cope with it. i hope i helped. i had a bad problem(still do but am getting better) where i thought that the food would never be there again if i didn't eat it. i showed myse;f by leaving some for later and only eating my fill that i didn't need all of it even if it wasn't going to be there!
