hey, im 16 years old and overweight. im trying to loose at least 10 lbs by april. i can't really go out because of my parents so im usually at home. if anyone can give me tip on eating healty and exercises that i can do at home, it would be really helpfull or any sugguestions on how u lost the weight. ty. please respond . i really want to loose the weight

excercise 30 min a day for a week and dont forgrt to eat heathy foods and you loose 5 pounds a week hatter out

get a video tape that looks fun to you- like a dance or martial arts- i love belly dancing and taebo. then do that almost everyday and eat fewer calories by cutting out things you really don't need- like mayo and high-cal. condiments and only drink water for drinks- or no-calorie no-sodium drinks like fruit 2o. jog in place while listening to music- the reg. crunches and leg lifts- they work if you do enough and are consistant about it! good luck!
