I didn't really take them exactly after every meal like your supposed to or whatever the plan is because if I did then maybe they would have worked. My sister started taking them a while ago and she's skinny but...then again shes always been skinny so i dono lol...well they're worth a try I guess just make sure to take them when you're supposed to because I kept forgetting
