Okay so like I posted below saying that I've been doing the FIRM super body sculpt, it's upper body, lower body and abs all in one tape anyways I've been doing it every night and have been having trouble losing weight. Normally I would have lost some weight by now, but since I've been doing the tape I gained like two pounds (it's been 16 days) anyways, everybody is telling me that it's muscle, but I would really also like to lose some weight! I've been doing so good with eating and all that so you'd think I might lose some weight and it would just cancel out any weight I gained from the tape... but noooo... I'm just gaining and I'm getting really upset because I want to lose some weight!! I've lost inches so I know it's working but it's getting really frustrating not losing any weight at all, but gaining weight!! Anyways, I was wondering, should I just keep doing this tape every day or do it less or something and see what happens. It would be okay but nobody believes that I'm trying so hard just because I'm not losing weight but I've lost inches so that's proof that I am trying! I feel stupid because I just know that I'm never going to win the weight loss contest thing if I keep gaining weight. What should I do? I know I already posted about this but I'm just really frustrated. Also, for anybody in the weight loss contest, just so you guys know I really am trying if the contest was for losing inches I'd probably win lol but I just can't lose pounds!!!! I guess I just have to keep trying maybe I can lose something for this weeks contest, even like half a pound would be great lol

Hey I'm doing the firm too, everyother day though cuz weight training supposed to have a day of rest or sumpting? u kno what i'm talking about at least. lol. but I haven't lost anyweight either, though my weight is stationary and not moved. I'm happy to here that your seeing results, keep it up! the weight should follow after the inches!

i think you should keep up that workout. you don't realize how lucky you are losing inches rather then weight. i'm in a situation where i'm losing weight but not inches- at least not in the places that i bother to check...

lol ya I'm measuring with measuring tape lol. I already lost 3 inches off like my stomach and like 2 I think from my hips and like 1 from my thighs... I just hope that I can keep losing inches at least

Hey weight loss can be frustrating keep doing the tape if your seeing something you like if your not maybe you can do it 3 times a week ;) but remember that a better way to measure how much your losing isn't by the scale its better to measure by pant size
