Its been a while since I have posted on this board. o lordy. well i've only lost one pound since my last posting i think. Shouldn't tae-bo, and then the firm every other day, then yoga twice a week bring results? I have the same prob as claudia with my my weight not moving where i want, cept i donno if I've gained muscle or not. Pleaze help, should I cut back on calories though i've done really good-not one day have i gone over 1500 calories? O wait it out for another week or two?

Well... I didn't weigh myself for a little bit because I knew I was gaining weight and now I weighed myself and I lost 2 pounds!!!! It's been 17 days on my diet though so it took me a while, hopefully now I can keep losing weight and inches haha lol good luck to you, just keep it up it finally hapened for me!! I said that even half a pound would be great... but I got two yay lol trust me if you have the same problem as me just eat healthy and keep exercising and you'll lose weight I did but it took me a long time so just keep it up!

you should stick with it i think. maybe you should eat less calories and more veggies- you know low cal stuff. see if there's a difference then. but it will pay of(and is) without you noticing. it takes a long time to lose weight(duh- you already know.lol.) but you're probably gaining longer endurace and gaining muscle and are making yourself a lot healthier. stick with it and good luck!
