anne i wld buy the taebo thing but i dont no which one 2 get i can spend around 15 pound i thnk thats about 20 dollars but im not sure can u recomend any?
Reply from anne, Age 17 - 01/21/04 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx well- my favorite taebo tape is the taebo live 30 min. workout- it's just got all of the right combination of moves and is a little more difficult then the taebo basic. i also like taebo focus abs and glutes but it doesn't have as much cardio and i think you'd benefit more from the first one i mentioned. i acctually need to buy myself a good copy because i have a copied tape- only for my personal use though. but yeah- it's my favorite because it's the right length and moves. good luck! and i hope you love it as much as i do!
