Right now Im trying to eat healthy and to avoid junk food but its sooo hard and I do track after school so that should help. The good thing about doing a sport is that it forces you to exercise because you have to go to practice.
Reply from anne, Age 17 - 01/22/04 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx taebo definately works. it's been my main exersize with my low-cal. diet and i've lost 20 pounds(i could have lost more if i did it more though) and before i started taebo i couldn't jog for long periods of time and now i can- so it also helpsincredibly with endurance and your cardiovascular system.

At first you might gain like one or two pounds I guess muscle weight or whatever (I did) but then like after a little while I just lose 2.5 pounds when I weighed myself today. The weight you might gain is totally not noticeable though, I lost 3 inches of my stomach so you definitely could not notice whatever I gained, I guess it was muscle lol
