Guys I'm having trouble I lost 2lbs a week ago but gained it back this week I need to stick to some diet but I need to commit to one what is best? High Protien and low carb? mainly fruits and veggies? LOW Calorie? LOW Fat? 6 little meals a day? One main meal a day only? LOts of Water? MOstly only water? WHAT???? DO???? I????DO??????I swear to start exercising but what moves THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HEEEEEEEEEEEELL LLLLLLLLLLLLLL LLLLLLLLLPPP PPPPP MMMM MMMMEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry about that but really what should I do?Help me friends at message board your my only hope. It's not so hard because it's not exactly a specific diet, but you'll have to just eat really really healthy like no junk no pop no sweets, no chips... also make sure to exercise try buying a tape like the FIRM or taebo just make sure to get some exercise... go for walks, anything! Good luck, just try and I know you can do it! O and I forgot one thing it will really really help if you drink like 8, 8oz glasses of water a day. It's not that much just use a big glass and it won't seem like as much lol, this is one of the things that has had a big impact on my weight loss...it's helped a lot!
Reply from anne, Age 17 - 01/22/04 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx my suggestion is low calorie- and 4 meals a day. try to keep yuor calories between 1200-1500 a day and for drinks- drink only no calorie- no sodium drinks like water and tea. good luck!
