You just posted as Rhonda didn't you? Just so we don't get confused can you please use the same name when you post so we can actually get to know and help you : ). Your ip adress is at the top of your posts that's how we can tell if you're posting from the same computer...just try to make up a name, any name and use it when you come here. I'll try to help you when you post, just tell me what name you're going to use : ). Anyways something that has really really helped me A LOT is drinking 8 8oz glasses of water a day, it's not too much. It will seem like less if you use a big glass to drink the water lol. Also exercise try looking for the FIRM or taebo tapes those should help and umm go for walks and stuff, just do anything to get in some exercise each day, crunches, squats, leg lifts...anything. Look up some effective exercises on the internet. I think you should buy the tapes though, they relaly help with the exercise. Also, either choose a diet like low-card low-cal whatever you want most people choose a diet or you can do what I'm doing... I want to make this my lifestyle not just a diet I go on for a while so I'm just eating really healthy no junk at all no pop, no chips, no sweets...just no junk! Try not to eat things some things that might not be that good for a "diet" like mayonnaise and some other things. just try hard and I know you can do it... If you were looking for some kind of miracle... sorry i can't give you one losing weight requires work but if you ask me... I think the pounds will come off easier than you expect, just give it a try
