hey.. i just need to know how u loose a pooch?... i lost weight now i just have left over fat right there. its called a pooch and i tried crunches but those didnt work? what else can i do?

ya what i said b4, i mean "2 see results do 20 front, 20 back, 20 lil front, 20 back front. " instead of 10, but u=its tough

ya, and for your arms you can stand stright with your arms spread out wide. ( so u look like a "t" ) and then you do big cirlces forward for 10 times, then backward 10 times. then do lil circles 10 times forward, 10 times backward. it kinda hurts, to see results try doing 20 times each exercise. it works!

do backwards crunches, what you do is you lay on your back.. stick your feet up in the air (legs fully extened towards ceiling) and lift your bottom half up off the ground. When you get used to that, try doing upper and lower and the same time. It works very well.
