I was doing so good for the past two weeks. I've lost about 5 pounds in all, and I've figured out that I need to lose 1.6 pounds per week. BUT THE PROBLEM IS IS THAT I BROKE A RIB TODAY! So I can't exercise for a while and I'm aftraid that I'll stop losing or maybe even gain! AGH! Well what should I do? Any suggestions?
