I was doing so good for the past two weeks. I've lost about 5 pounds in all, and I've figured out that I need to lose 1.6 pounds per week. BUT THE PROBLEM IS IS THAT I BROKE A RIB TODAY! So I can't exercise for a while and I'm aftraid that I'll stop losing or maybe even gain! AGH! Well what should I do? Any suggestions?

OMG I'm so sorry you broke your rib!! :O Awww... you can still lose weight just eat healthy and everything some people lose weight without even exercising. Just try your best, you have a reason not to exercise so most important.. definitely don't feel guilty about not exercising or anything. You'll be fine, just eat like really healthy food and try your best to lose weight the way you can right now. You can do it, I know you can!!!! :D
