Yeah, I haven't really exercised for the last two days, but I did today. However, before I exercised, I weighed myself, and I had dropped 5 pounds in 2 days w/ no exercise. I know that that can't be good to lose that much that fast... Should I change something? (I know that the scale's fine cuz everyone else in the house is the same weight they've been for weeks...) I know 3 pounds/week is healthy, but 5 pounds in 2 days can't be too good. Someone tell me what I should do...
