Yeah, I haven't really exercised for the last two days, but I did today. However, before I exercised, I weighed myself, and I had dropped 5 pounds in 2 days w/ no exercise. I know that that can't be good to lose that much that fast... Should I change something? (I know that the scale's fine cuz everyone else in the house is the same weight they've been for weeks...) I know 3 pounds/week is healthy, but 5 pounds in 2 days can't be too good. Someone tell me what I should do...

well if u have just started exercising u might be losing water weight....... some people lose up to 15 lbs the firts week they start exercising from water weight but if u keep losing that much that isnt healthy

2 to 3 lbs a week is healthy any thing more it never works... the trick is to go slow... if u try to loose 5 lbs in 3 days u will definetly gain it back and u wwill be miserable.... trust me i have done it
