I am getting desperate because i haev been stuck at around the same weight since November. Nothing's really working. I have a problem with being paranoid, always thinking someone's talking about me and I think this would stop if I could just get rid of my weight. I want to be under 200 pounds before I get my permit but thats almost 30 pounds. I could really use some help.

well- i could understand how losing the weight will help- but you also have to work with yourself mentally to fix your paranoia(sp?) but good luck!

Hey, I know how you feel, you should try more excersise, I feel better about what I am eating throughout the day if I excersise every day. I bought these dvd's at Walmart and there is over 12 hours of different workouts and it was only $20. Because it is not the same workout over and over again I don't get bored and I have stuck to doing this for over 2 weeks. All of the excersises are cardio and strength training and they are all between half an hour and forty five minutes long. Also never eat anything after 6:30 in the evening. It doesnt give your body enough time to burn it off you and you will end up gaining weight during your sleep instead of burning calories. Also working out is not all about burning calories. Because if you strength train then while you are resting the more muscle you have the more calories you burn. Resting muscle burns more calories then resting fat. I hope any of this helps you. I know how you feel. I keep thinking if i could just lose a good 30 pounds i will be happy and that happiness will help me to continue losing. I've been dieting for over 8 months and i've lost weight but gained it back. So imma try sticking to eating the same thing everyday and see how that works. Maybe you should try doin low carbs. You will lose weight!!
