Hey everybody right now I am 5'7" and I weigh 154 lbs and I want to be between 125 and 130 befre summer. My goal is to be able to be comfortable in a bikini. Since I haven't worn a bikini in like...well since I was klike 11. But anyways I need some tips on how I can lose 25-30 pounds in I have 5 and a bit months. What I am doing right now seems to kind of be working but if anyone has some good tips I would love to hear them. Or stories from anyone trying the same things as me. Thanks. Good luck everyone.

The thing is also, I can't really go outside right now because I live in Alberta, Canada and it is -30 something right now so it is freezing if you step outside.

That is a great goal! You can easily lose 25 pounds in 5 months. Thats about 5 pounds a month! Try to do a workout tape every other day and take a walk everyday. Drink lots of water and keep doing what you have been doing so far and I know you can achieve your goal. Good Luck!

yeah same here.. im around 145 and would like to be 125 by july- and i play sports and excersize regularly but im just gonna start drinking alot more water and watch what i eat.

Thanks Linda, it's always nice to hear something motivational from someone else. I do a workout tape of 30-45 minutes every day and I have been doing it for 2 weeks so far and the scale in my house is a peice of crap but my mom said she noticed I am losing fat in my face and saying i look more toned, whatever. But I am glad someone noticed. Thanks guys, keep on posting and good luck everyone!
