Hey everyone I was 215 pounds last week and I dont know how much I weight now but all I know is that I lost 2 inches of my waist! Ive been eating healthy and excercising (Im on my school track team) Im hoping to be a size 3/4 by september and im a 13/14 now. Oh and this weekend I discovered an amazing thing at the food store! There is FAT FREE PRINGLES! They have 70 calories if you eat 15 which is amazing bc it satisfies my cravings. I know a lot of dieting tips that are working for me and im not starving and I get to eat snacks (not cheep snacks like celery) so you can email me at modaesvida@aol.com. wow! 70 calories is REALLY GOOD for a serving of chips! i think i'll pick some up next time instead of haveing an occational serving of 140 calorie doritos!thanks!
