hey,im overweight,i started eatin healthy and the only thing im drinkin is water now. and yeah it does fill me up more.but i wanted to know if anyone had good exercises that i can do at home because i can't really go outside. the one thing that im doing is crunches an i wanted to know if they really work. im not too sure . if anyone can give me any kind of help on loosing weight cuz im really trying to loose weight by March .. PLEASE HELP .

Yes crunches do work because I do them too... what I do inside sometimes when I have no other excersize option is I walk up and down the sairs 10 times.... it doesnt seem like alot but for those days your inside its better then not doing anything... I have a couple excersize tapes also... I do arobics... well however you spell that.... just remeber that weightloss isnt instant (unfortunatly)

if you're uncomfortable then go ahead. just remember that you don't have to feel uncomfy. a lot of us are in the same position and many are supportive and when someone's being a realy jerk people are quick to stop those people...

Maybe she's uncomfortable or doesn't want to seem like she is posting to much. And it could also be more than one person on her computer.
