Hi there im 5"5 and i weigh 200 pounds ive been battling with my wieght for years and im sick of it does anyone out there now a faster way of losing the pounds that i can do while going to high school?

Yea Ive been struggling with my wieght all my life but now I am on the kellogs kcikstart diet and exceriszeing and its really working... i weigh about 200 pounds also and im 5'6" go on www.kellogs.co.uk and check out the diet its really good!

Hey, if you really want to lose weight The Adtkins diet really honestly works its hard to stay on though.. because you cant have any sugar but for real if you make the commitment it works

Now that ur in highschool, join a sport and become more active in school ec activities. bring your own lunches to. And if you are fortunate enough eat subway or salds from the cafiteria. For more exercise get up in the morning and exercise. Or go ice skating with friends. Thats lots of fun and you meet lots of people. Hope that help! ~Chelsea~
