Hey, im about 5'6 5'7 and my weight goes up and down between 150-160.. i really wanna weight like 130 would be nice.. ive always been fat and i cant take it anymore.. ive tried a lot .. the adtkins diet works but its really hard to stay on in school.. im almost at the point im throwing up everything i eat.. is there anyway else ?? i cant take it anymore... i want to have a drastic change.. but i dont know what to do??!? Please Help Me

If you're willing to pay money, Weight Watchers is the way to go. I've been on it for 20 weeks now and I've lost 21 pounds. I don't think you have to join to follow the program, but going to the meetings help. You can eat ANYTHING you want, but in smaller portions. I hope I helped. Good luck!

The atkins diet is low carb right? well thats a bunch of crap! im on the kellogs kickstart diet and its basically all carbs and in just a week ive lost two inches off my waist! you can on www.kellogs.co.uk and check it out
