Does anyone have any ideas for inside excersizes.. There are crunches and walking up and down stairs...but anything else? I'm 5'3 and like 150lbs...I know its not considered huge..but I feel big and my self esteem is shot because of my parents. Prom is in a couple of months and I'd love to look good.. If anyone has any excersizes or meal ideas let me know! Thanks so much!

I walk on the treadmill for 3-4 miles Sunday-Thursday but if you don't have a treadmill you could try and get an exercise video like tae-bo or just dance to some music...anything that gets your heart rate up is better then sitting there. Or just like jog in place for a while, while you watch t.v! I wish you the best of luck! *Marie*
