Has anyone tried the special K diet. If so does it work bcuz i hear its not good for long term weight lost. If anybody wanna team up and become buddies let me know cuz i looking for a friend for encouragement. :-)

Im on the special K diet right now and Im definatly shure it helps you with long term wieght loss as long as you try hard and eat healthy and make hsure you dont eat over 1200 calories a day
