When i started her a few weeks ago, i was 152. Now I'm 149!!!! I can't believe it! Remember, ONLY EAT WHEN UR HUNGRY. It works charms, along with ecercise.

THATS WHAT LOSING WEIGHT IS ALL ABOUT.. CONTROLLING YOUR HUNGER. TRY TO CONTROL YOUR CRAVINGS AND U "WILL" LOOSE WEIGHT. HAVE SOME FAITH IN YOURSELF. OTHER PPL R WORSE OFF AND HAVE TO LOOSE FAR MORE WEIGHT THAN NEARLY ALL OF US! IF U REALLY ARE HUNGRY EAT SOMETHING LIKE AN ORANGE AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER.
