Hey I did pretty good yesterday, too! lol seems like yesterday was a great day for just about everyone! :) I really need to learn how to kick late night snacking......thats whats prob been holding me back all along. Any suggestions to help that are muchly aprreciated. Also Does anyone know if it is better to do weight trained (ie. the firm) before I do my cardio (ie. tae-bo)I didn't kno if it made a difference, but everything i read said to do cardio first, but they gave no specific reason. I don't want to hurt myself, so please respond. again, thanks bunches, ~~~Chelsea~~~

You should always do cardio before weight training. Doing cardio warms up your body muscles and prepares you for doing toning exercises. If you weight train before you do cardio then you increase the chances that you will injure yourself. hope this helps!
