ok- so i measured myself this morning- waist=30" hips=37" thighs=24". i'm not sure exactly what my starting measurements were but i think they were around waist=35 hips=41 thighs=27. so at least i'm getting somewhere! but it's taking a really really long time. omg- i didn't feel much yesterday when i was on the bike for 30 minutes at the gym- it said that i went 11 miles. i also did weight machines for my arms and thighs and one for my stomach. but this morning i woke up and OUCH!!! god that hr workout really cuaght up to me. i really think that i can do this though- i want to be 145 by valentines day. i'm 150 right now so that's 2.5 pounds a week. which won't be too bad. i think i'll have some special k for breakfast- but i'm not on that diet because i like slimfast a lot better- it's easier to carry around for lunch. but really those two diets are the same because they're just there so you eat less calories during the day...

u can do it anne i a\hate this time of the math i am at 171 so up 3 pounds because of water weight grr oh well i will do good this week and not have junk that is my weakness well good luck looseing the 5 pounds and i no you can do it
