I am a young girl and i am very overweight. I need some ideas on how to lose weight. I have a boyfriend who looks at other girls and wonder why i weigh so much more than them. He really likes when I go swimming but when we do go swimming he looks at other girls that are in bikinis. Please help me lose weight.

I can't have a gf until I'm 16 though cuz I'm Mormon and that's the way my mom set it up. But just remember, if he starts looking, don't get too mad and storm off. Just tell him to stop!
