i have told myslef over and over agin o im going ot start my diet tomrow but i never do today i did.. im doin the low carb.. i had a lil bit of chese and a lil bit of slamonme *sp* for breakfast than lunch i had celery and chumbers with ranch.. than dinner i had 2 lunch meat turkey 6 very tiny chicken pieces.. a sald with ranch and blue chese.. and than i just had vegetables here and there till nowand i drank only water and than workeout for like an hourish.. IS TAHT WHAT I NEED TO DO? for the low carb diet?? i duno aboutitmuch but just tell me if thats right..? and also if i do it for like 2 months how much weight do u think i can lost PLEASE COMMENT
Reply from Veronica, Age 17 - 02/03/04 - IP#: 67.66.159.xxx Hey Lindsay. You did great! Judging by what you ate I don't think you had that many carbs at all. Just don't know about the salad dressing, I mean how many carbs there was.. ya know. NEways you can eat just about as much cheese, chicken, etc as you want because they are so low in carbs (all meat having trace amounts of carbs and cheese is about 0.5 grams an oz). As far as weight loss of course everyone is different and depending on how much you weigh now you can lose either a tremendous amount or you could start off slowly. I lost 20lbs in December and could have lost a lot more but I slacked and started my bad eating habits again, I just recently started back up my low carbing. If you stay below at least 60 grams (get into ketosis), be really strict about what you eat, drink enough water, exercise at least 2-3 times a week, and stay away from sugar you could lose quite a bit of weight by April.
