I'm going to Florida the 26th of February and need help fast!...I need TONING! Anyone know of any good excersizes that I dont have to buy. What exactly are Crunches are they sit-ups?...HELP!

Reply from cesca, Age 13 - 02/06/04 - IP#: 64.12.96.xxx i dont really know how much weight i lost because i never weigh my self because i might get upset but i am a size 14/16 and now my clothes are getting a bit bigger. i lost weight by watching how much calories and fat i was eating, also i did situps, karate kicks and running plus i really tried hard in my pe lessons and took up basketball and netball. instead of walking to the bus stop i ran and i walked to places instead of catching bus. if you would like information on workout plans go on www.nikewoman.com/jumpstart
