My parents had a problem with me not eating as much any more but now they applaude me for trying to get in shape. They see me excersising all the time and they say how envious of me they are and how proud. They will notice you are losing weight. I don't think it is that big a deal. Just tell them you are not comfortable in your body and you want to be more fit.
