Today: 125 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Okay...I reached my mini goal weight which was to be 121-125 (I'm at 125 now) My next goal, is to be 110. This is what I ate yesterday...Breakfast: 1 serving of low carb cereal...(it has only 2 grams of carbs!) Lunch: Half of an avocado sliced into a small salad with a small serving of fat free dressing...Dinner: 2 pieces of boneless chicken and aspargus...Snack:Half of an apple....So tell me what you think

good job you keep on doing that i am on the dr.phil diet so all i can eat is low carb things.
