you can have a boyfriend no matter what your weight. Whenever you feel hungry between meals... drink water.
it will fill you up with no calories, fat, or carbs.
Cardi workouts are great! Join a gym. im part of Lady USA.
its fun. you meet ppl who share a simalar goal. a buddy can really help you sta modivated. just cut your portions in half during meals. Good luck!!!
