Hey everyone, I want to know if anyone has some tips on how i can lose some weight. I am 14 and I weigh 175 lbs.! Ive tried to cut down on my eating but i cant do it. I yell at my self in my head not to give in and eat the junk food but it just doesn't help. I do excersize like crunches situps and pushups but they are not doing anyhting because of my eating. Does anyone know any good foods or something or an easy diet to follow. I dont like to talk to my mom about it because she is no help at all. Please someone help me.

I go to a gym everyday... i took classes and did stationary bikes. about your eating... try the Atkins diet. if you dont like the idea of a riskey diet then just cut your portions in half. Come on, everybody has willpower!!!! Good luck!

You should add a cardio session in with your workout so you can burn fat. You can try the whole low carb thing or you can just lower your calorie intake by cutting your portions of food in half and just not snacking so much. Also, try drinking water. Hope I helped!
