??????Hi I have a question????? Well it's sort of a poll opintion I guess and i would appreciate if as many people as possible would answer.So here goesWhat is better for losing pounds and or inches 1.)Atkins no carb approch All meat and vegs, 2.)Weight Watchers points, 3.) Counting Calories, 4.)Only fruit and vegs ? So vote 1,2,3,or 4 and if you could take a sec and tell me why. I want to know so I can try it and hopefully stick with it.

I love it I lost 10 pounds on it so far... you don't need to get the book or anything, I didn't I just have like... no more than 20 carbs qa day but you can adjust the to what you think is good 4 u
Reply from Linda, Age 16 - 02/09/04 - IP#: 64.12.96.xxx You should try eating from 1200-1400 calories a day...make you sure you add some type of exercise in with that too. When you are more overweight, you will lose weight quickly...especially on cutting calories or atkins. Good Luck!

I haven't tried most of those methods you listed (besides calorie counting) but the one that has worked for me personally is the low carb diet. I lost 20lbs and about 3-4 inches on my waist doing that in a month and a half along with plenty of exercise and water. To me low carbing is easier than anything else I've tried and it makes you feel absolutely wonderful and cuts your cravings for sweets and things. Hope I helped, good luck. -V.
