Has anyone done the Special K diet? Because thats what I'm doing now and I want to know how much weight people have lost on it. Also does anyone know if when they say lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks do they mean if you include exersise or just by eating the cereal??? Thanks in advance! *rach*

I dont know if it works, but I am assuming it would. You could prolly lose 6 lbs in 2 weeks without excericese but,its healthy so do it lol!

i tried the secial k diet, but i didnt like the little flakey things so i stopped doin it.
