THe best way( from my experience) to lose weight is exericise, exericse, excerise. Running, jogging, treadmill or even walking. If you do an hour of these activities 4 times a week for 30-45 minutes and eat the same amount of food you usally do, you'll lose weight. To lose more weight faster, eat a lower-calorie diet. Instead of hanburger, eat veggie burgers..eat chicken and beans also istead of pork and beef. Eat a breakfast! It boosts your metabloism. Ans eat tons of fruits and veggies..make them your snack, you'lllearn to love em.
