don't go on da atkins diet..i know all da books r cheap,but thats cos dr atkins died of a heart attack! i wouldn't want that to happen to any of u guys! Please don't...go on weight watchers instead
Reply from anne, Age 17 - 02/17/04 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx you are just assuming that everyone on the atkins diet only eats fatty foods and tons of butter and such and i know that that's not true. my mother is very healthy and eats very healthy on the atkins diet. she says that it's fun for the first couple of days to have a lot of fat in your diet but it gets old fast and you just eat healthier. you guys really shouldn't assume so much. it makes people sound really ignorant when they do that and have no personal expierence and just listen to hear-say...

And you can roughly estimate how many points something is going to be. Atkins is fun like the first 3 days you do it, then its horrible
