I am in serous need. I am like 5'3" and 130 pounds and it says that I am at a risk, and the doctors warning me but the thing is all my weight goes to my stoumache and thighs and all my friends are getting skinnier. Im doing lacross this spring, hockey next year, field hockey in the fall, and I just finished Tae Kwon Do but its not going away. Can anyone help. Email me at whtp54@cox.net Thanks

maybe you should focus on your diet. what do you eat everyday? write it down as you go through your day and see if there are unhealthy eating patterns. ui know people think that diets screw you up mofre then they help but that's not true. your diet is just what you eat. EVERYONE is on one. just try to cut out the junk food and up the good stuff like veggies and protiens- don't overdo it on the fruit but it's good to throw a couple in there everyday. try to eat between 1200-1500 calories a day. don't go under 1000 calories a day because then you WILL be messing up your metabolism. good luck. oh and if you feel like you don't like your body then you have every right to change it. i have people telling me all the time that they'd kill to be my weight but that doesn't stop me from changing myself because i know that if they were in my situation then they'd no longer say that. good luck!

hey, I'm 5'3 too and I weigh 160 so you cant be that bad and im sure ur perfect...dont worry and just exercise

you are so lucky my goal is 130 pounds its not even that fat you arent at risk i would keep up the tae-kwon-do 130 is a really good size your not fat but you arent so skinny you look weak
