Hey I really need to lose weight.I am 5ft tall and weigh 195. I haven't weighed myself lately because i am scared I will weigh 200.I drink all the water I need to drink. I have this trick that I read in a magazine to see how much water you need to drink daily.All you have to do is divide your weight by 4 and that is how many ounces you have to drink daily. I don't eat a lot of fatty stuff I just always overeat. I need someone to tell me how to loose weight. I wear a size 15 and my goal is a size 9. My doctor says that my weight should be about 135 but all my friends weigh less than 110 and they are not that skinny. Help!!!!!!!!

You know, you don't have to be "socially" thin. 135 would be a great accomplishment, and I think it's better to set goals that will leave you healthier. Besides, it would be a hell of a lot easier to maintain 135 than 110. Good luck!
