OMG i just weigh myself and found out that i weigh 169.2. i havent been over eating or anything, but i dont exercize and wright now i am sitting here typing this crying.this is the heavest i have weighed can someone pleaz help me.

Reply from anne, Age 17 - 02/17/04 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx no excuses, tag, i think you need to get up and exersize. i know exersize sucks to think about but when you're finished you'll feel a lot better about yourself. it's ok. my highest weight was 170 and that was horrib;e but you just have to take a hold of yourself. you CAN control what goes in and how much exersize you can do. good luck- and work hard and you can overcome this...

I lost a bunch of weight and then my scale said I went up 5 or 6 pounds in one day when I ate really good and everytthing, well, just wait a bit to weigh yourself again, go by the mirror for a few days... like maybe two days or something adn your weight should settle back to normal. That's what always happens to me. Good luck, dont worry about it, the scales a stupid liar! lol anyways, it will go back down, trust me that always happens to me... i think the same thing is happening to you, just wait like two days to weigh yourself, make sure you eat really good those two days before you weigh yourself also. : ) good luck

But if not wat I do is tell myself that thats it I've had enough I'm gonna work hard at this I'm gonna do this and then during my exercise to push myself a bit more I stare at a skinny model but dont worry about it in the end its all gonna work out your way BE CONFIDENT =D
