ANNE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this message is for you if you couldnt tell already lol. i saw in one of ur posts that ur starting weight was 170 (where i am right now) and now ur down to like 149. i have two questions for you: how did you lose your weight? and how long did it take?

I wanna know somthing too anne. I know your still trying to lose weight, but don't you feel so much better now that you weigh so much less?

well- first of all- i lost the weight(and am still losing) by eating less calories and from getting more of my calories from healthier souces. i've also been doing a lot of aerobic exersize. it's taken me many months- i started like in august. it's taken me so long because i'm not that consistant with my exersize. i have a couple bad days every week. but i work when i can and when i have enough motivation. secondly- to claudia- i do feel better knowing that i can change myself and i have the power and i have A LOT more control over myself-(not only what i eat but school work and physical activity and even how i act around people- but that might be me just growing up.lol.) and physically i'm a lot more fit and can endure a lot more exersize then when i started taking control of my life. BUT i'm still not where i want to end up just yet- so i'm going to keep working on it. i hope you guys are doing well. good luck!
